A Night at the Carnegie

Photographing a Carnegie Institute for Science wedding in Washington, DC always brings back wonderful memories. Katye & I worked there for the first time 4 years ago, our second year in business, and suffice it to say, it’s always a treat returning. Obviously, the site itself is gorgeous, from the library to the main rotunda. Built in the early 20th century, they have one of the best bird’s eye view balconies, allowing for a different perspective on everything form the ceremony to late-night partying.
Congrats to Corey & Mike, who took advantage of this classic backdrop, fitting right in, and having fun with portraits. Working with Courtney from A Sweet Soiree, they developed a wedding day that was elegant and colorful, and of course – fun! Congrats to Corey & Mike!
